Can I commission a custom illustration?

Yes! I create custom illustrations for advertising campaigns, packaging, editorial content (print and digital) as well as larger scale work like murals and wall coverings.

Simply send me an email to hello@valerism.com and tell me what you are after and we can take it from there. Alternatively you can also complete the form on my commissions page and I will get back to you with a quote asap.

Do you accept payment plans or deposits?

Yes, I have several clients that pay me in instalments.

What is your typical workflow for commissions?

We start with a briefing chat to find out what you would like (project, style, size, substrate - i.e. mural, digital, canvas, paper - as well as timeline), I then send you a quote. Once quote and timeline has been agreed on, I will start sketching. You can then provide feedback and I make changes to the sketches before creating the final piece. For murals/window paintings I also provide mock-ups so you can see what it will look like on your wall/window

Do you provide sketches or drafts before the final artwork?

Yes, I provide detailed sketches and mockups where necessary to make sur eyou know exactly what you are getting and are 100% happy with the result.

Can you create work for merchandise, books, or advertising?

Yes, I create most of my illustrations digitally and in vector format so they work very well for all kinds of uses and sizes.

Do you have prints for sale?

I have recently closed my shop to find new print suppliers, but if there is a drawing you would like to buy as a print, feel free to contact me and I can make it happen :)
